SHIPPING METHODS
STANDARD SHIPPING: Our standard shipping option is available for both domestic and international customers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but we strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. SHIPPING RATES: Currently our shipping is free!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently only offer shipping to Canada. If you are interested in our products, and do not reside within the United States or Canada, please contact us and we will work to get you the items you’d like.
ORDER PROCESSING: Order processing varies depending on time and season. Expect a normal processing of 1-3 days. If your order is taking longer than anticipated please contact us and we will do our best to ship your product or advise on any issues.
ORDER TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive real-time updates on the status of your delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

- RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please provide a clear description of the issue, your order number and attach relevant photos. Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will:

2. RETURNS FOR INCORRECT ITEMS:

Upon verification of an incorrect item we will issue a reship immediately.
- EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please mail your item in its new condition and original packaging to the address below. Please include the internal receipt for your order and contact information. Once the item is received, we will contact you about the exchange.
- REFUNDS:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be credited to your account. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us.
